Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. You see the exact amount before paying, nothing is added at the last step.
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Payment is handled by our provider: we never see or store your card details.
Your order is dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 days depending on your country. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Our pieces have a close, body-hugging fit and run smaller than standard US sizing. Please compare your measurements with the chart below before ordering. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Each product page carries its own measurements. Our pieces run small, so if you are in doubt take your usual size. Between two sizes, take the larger one. You can also send us your measurements and we will tell you.
Cold machine wash, inside out, no softener, flat drying. Softener coats the fibre and costs the fabric its stretch.
Yes. Your invoice is attached to the confirmation email and stays available from your account.
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, at contact@sola-ren.com, that you want to return a piece. It must come back unworn with its labels on. Return shipping is at your charge when you change your mind, and at ours if the item is faulty or not the one you ordered. Full details on our Returns and Refunds page.
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
