These terms govern every order placed on sola-ren.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

The site sola-ren.com is operated by Topic Deco LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as Solaren.

2. Products

We describe each piece as accurately as we can: composition, cut and measurements are given on the product page. Screens render colours differently, so a slight difference between the photograph and the item you receive is not a defect.

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we tell you and refund that item in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no customs duties or import taxes. Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to duties or import VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are payable by you.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

4. Your order

Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation email summarising it. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and write to us.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, or an unresolved dispute on a previous order. If we do, you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order, by card or by the wallets offered at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 days depending on your country. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

These times are indicative and run from dispatch, not from the order. Customs clearance or a carrier incident can extend them. Delivery is made to the address you entered: please check it before confirming.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The conditions, who pays the return shipping and the refund times are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.

9. Intellectual property

The Solaren name, the logo, the photographs and the texts on this site are protected. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

10. Liability

We are liable for the conformity of the products we sell and for the proper performance of your order. We are not liable for an improper use of a product, for normal wear, or for a delay caused by an event beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

11. Personal data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

Write to us first: most problems are settled in a few emails. Failing an agreement, these terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without this depriving you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
